Rule #4. SMALL TREES – LESS THAN 10 FEET TALL – You may lift your ball away from small trees or yardage markers, either side, no closer to the hole. If you hit a second ball into the water, take a stroke and drop on the green side of the creek in an area near the end of the last bridge. All other shots in the water will be played according to regular USGA rules. If you hit a ball in the water on the green side of the creek, take a stroke and drop two clubs lengths from where it entered the water.

Rule #7. BALL CHANGE – You may substitute a different golf ball at any time on the course.

Rule #8. OUT OF BOUNDS – PENALTY – one (1) stroke. If you or any member of your group believes your shot to be out of bounds, you should play a provisional ball. If your original ball is found in bounds you must play that ball. If your original ball is not found, or found out of bounds, and you played a provisional ball, you must play your provisional shot and add one (1) penalty stroke.

If you failed to play a provisional ball, you may go back to the spot of your original shot and incur a one (1) stroke penalty or play your ball from where it went out of bounds and incur a penalty of two (2) strokes.

Our club is designed around the fact that golfing is fun. Throwing clubs and/or balls is not appreciated. Please keep your cool so others will be able to enjoy their game.

These rules, and all other league rules, will be strictly enforced. Please abide by them so we can make this a great year.

If you have any questions about any of these rules, or any other league rules or activities, please contact Rich Jordan at 217-529-8949 or submit@ppmcgolf.com or you can speak with Rich or Dave Baird at Pasfield Golf Course on any Saturday during the league season.
