2027 League Dues and Fees options

Current Income: Dues: $40 per member (no dues for oldest member)

Weekly: $5 per player ($2 for oldest member)

Current Weekly Payouts:

$1 per player for flight payout

$1 per player for skins

$0.50 per player for lowest putts - (no payout for ties)

$15 or $20 for 1 or 2 Closest to the Pin and 2 Longest Putt games

$500 secretary fee Software, entering scores, results and processing payouts

$350 for tournament and season awards

$60 for plaque engraving

$400 for cookout

~$1500 for banquet

~$800 for door prizes

When park district takes over they will:

Collect Dues and weekly game fees.

Enter scores, post results and do payouts

Arrange for the cookout at the end of the year.

They will only do Flight payouts and CP & LP

They will not calculate Skins or Low Putts

They will also not run tournaments - If wanted, we have to do those ourselves

2027 Dues need to cover

$8 per player for handicapping

~$250 to 375 for CL & LP (depending on 2 or 3 games per week)

~$400 for Cookout

$100 for Shirley for flowers

Dues for 2027 will be:

$25 Dues if no Medal and Match Play tournaments

$35 Dues if we have the tournaments

We need $300 for tournament payouts

And about $60 for plaque engraving

Weekly game fees

$1 per player for prize money - same as we have now.

We need to determine how many flights and what configuration?
